exception waf_tools.hcg.ToolNotSupportedError

Raised when the HALCoGen configuration selects an unsupported toolchain.

HALCoGen supports multiple compilers (TI, GCC, etc.). This project only supports TI-generated output. If a different toolchain is configured in the .hcg file, this exception aborts the build with a clear error message.
