class cli.db.FoxDB(db_root: Path)

Bases: object

Access and validate the foxBMS cell database.

The database can be provided either as a directory or as a ZIP archive containing one root directory with cell subdirectories.

cells

All parsed cells in the database.

list_cells() → list[str]

List all cells as unique identifiers.

The identifier format is “<manufacturer>-<name>”.

Returns:

List of cell identifiers present in the database.

show_cell(identifier: str) → Cell | None

Return a cell by its identifier.

Parameters:

identifier – Cell identifier in the format “<manufacturer>-<name>”.

Returns:

The matching cell if found, otherwise None.
