waf_tools.mock.create_runners(self: task_gen, test_file: Node) → list[Node]

Declare the runner output node under runner/.

Parameters:

• self – The task generator instance.

• test_file – The test source file (used to derive the runner file name).

A single-element list containing the declared runner output node.
