waf_tools.vscode.get_vscode_relevant_defines(compiler_builtin_defines: list[str]) → list[str]

Convert raw #define lines into VS Code IntelliSense format.

Parses each define line with a regex, filters out date/time and EDG-internal defines that would cause IntelliSense issues, and returns the remaining defines in NAME=VALUE format.

Parameters:

compiler_builtin_defines – Raw #define lines as returned by get_compiler_builtin_defines().

Returns:

A list of strings in NAME=VALUE format suitable for the defines field in c_cpp_properties.json.
